Learn to channel your energy and focus on flowing the breath through static postures to be with them longer in this gentler and slower-paced Hatha yoga. With the assist of props to deepen the practice, this class allows for greater focus on universal alignment and mindful breathing while building physical strength and endurance. Suitable for all levels, especially beginners new to yoga.
