Class Description:

This foundational class is designed to help students build confidence and proper technique in their handstand practice. The session focuses on alignment, strength, balance, and body awareness to support your handstand journey safely and progressively.


What to Expect:


✅ Warm-up Sequence: Full-body warm-up to activate shoulders, wrists, core, and hips in preparation for hand balancing.

✅ Shoulder & Core Conditioning: Exercises to strengthen the essential muscle groups needed for safe and stable handstands.

✅ Handstand Fundamentals: Step-by-step instructions and drills to understand the mechanics of kicking up, balancing, and exiting safely.

✅ Wall & Partner Work: Use of props and partner assistance to build trust and awareness in the pose.

✅ Mindset & Breathwork: Guidance on overcoming fear, staying focused, and using breath to support your practice.

✅ Progressive Learning: Modifications and variations provided based on your level, from wall-supported handstands to freestanding drills.
