Kickstart your Friday with a dynamic and refreshing practice. This is a rotating class featuring different styles and instructors each week, giving you the chance to experience a variety of movement and mindfulness approaches.

Class styles may include:

Yin Yoga
Slow, meditative stretches held for longer durations to target deep connective tissues. Helps release tension, improve mobility, and promote relaxation—perfect for unwinding and calming the nervous system.

Inside Flow
A dynamic, music-driven flow that synchronizes breath and movement. Builds strength, stability, and fluidity while energizing both body and mind.
