I started my yoga journey in 2007. Yoga practise helped mefind balance in life and it has since evolved through the years.
I am a certified RYT 200-hour yoga instructor from Yoga Moment KL and continues to grow my practise as an ever-evolving student, furthering my study of yoga knowledge in Rishikesh, India at Patanjala Yoga Kendra.
Yoga Approach
I am dedicated to sharing my passions and the practise of yoga, meditation and pranayama for one’s wellness and positive transformation. Influenced by the connection of mind, body and breath, my classes are weave with creative flows, supportive adjustments enabling one to feel energised, enlivened and uplifted.
I believe there’s more to teaching than simply imparting knowledge to a student. There is a symbiotic relationship between the teacher and student – teachers learn from students as well.
My Way of Life
I considers myself a playful inner child mixed with calm old soul, a dreamer and believer, a quiet wallflower one moment and a spontaneous adventurer the next. When I am not in the studio you can find me exploring the nature and wilderness of Malaysian mountains or satisfying my wanderlust by planning my next worldly adventure. For me every moment matters, make it amazing – that’s my way of life.
